It’s good for people who want to lose weight but doen’t want to exercise or doing what the diet rotuine. You just eat and you will losing weight, they claim. But what is the disadvantages? Only one: the price. It cost you less if tan eating in restaurant, but it will cost you more than the grocery shopping and if you cook the food yourself. However, I must admit that convinient will usually cost you. So, if you have money and don’t mind spend more for food, I highly recommend Bistro MD.
