It's super easy :) Here are the directions:

1. Bake two 6" cakes and cool completely.
2. Stack and frost the cakes with buttercream icing ( you can use store bought icing too but we make ours from scratch ).
3. Take royal blue rolled fondant (type of icing you can buy at Michaels or Hobby Lobby in the U.S.) and roll about 1/4 inch thick.
4. Cut the fondant into a strip about 3 inches tall and long enough to wrap around the sides of the cake.
5. Press the fondant into the buttercream/frosting and scrunch up the back to make it look like it's tied.
5. Make a slightly smaller piece of grey colored fondant for the front piece. Afix the grey piece to the blue fondant with using a small paint brush and egg white.
6. Using a small paint brush and gel food color, paint the symbol on the front of the grey piece.
7. Dye some buttercream/frosting yellow and using the large 'star' decorator tip, pipe dabs of yellow frosting atop the cake. I started at the outer edge adn worked my way toward the center to give it a "stacked" look.

And that's it! So simple. Give it a try :)
