I’m not a vegetarian, and I don’t like some of the Salad Sushi above,,, Well, I still prefer the regular Maguro (Tuna) and Salmon Sushi instead!

This dish looks pathetic. As a vegetarian, I know there are far more appetizing types of veggie sushi than this poor attempt that looks more like raw vegetables strapped to rice. No wonder non-vegetarians are hesitant to try this type of diet! Some traditional types of vegetarian sushi (that are ACTUALLY delicious) include: cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese; or tofu and green onions; or roasted eggplant and zucchini; or egg sushi; or my personal favourite, spicy sweet potato sushi.
